Ravulizumab demonstrated clinically meaningful and durable efficacy and safety in adults with anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody-positive generalized myasthenia gravis in the CHAMPION MG open-label extension (OLE) study. Improvements from baseline in MG-ADL, QMG, and MG-QOL15r total scores, and the NeuroQOL Fatigue subscale scores achieved in patients who received ravulizumab during the randomized controlled period of CHAMPION were sustained throughout the OLE. Similar rapid improvements versus OLE baseline were achieved in patients who switched from placebo to ravulizumab at the start of the OLE.
