MedComm – Biomaterials and Applications is an online open access journal which aims to publish the pioneer works in all aspects of the intersection of medicine and materials science, including the application of materials in clinical, basic and translational research, emphasizing on the application materials science, biotechnology and nanotechnology for the diagnosis and treatment of human diseases, biomedical applications, and the biological effect and mechanism of materials on human body.  

Scope and topics: MedComm – Biomaterials and Applications is a multidisciplinary journal and interested in topics including but not limited to materials science, biotechnology, nanotechnology, drug delivery, medicinal chemistry, medical technology, regenerative medicine, diagnostic, theranostics and biomedical device. MedComm - Biomaterials and Applications focuses on the use and the biological effects of materials in medicine practice.
