Call for Papers
Application of Omics in Diseases
Submission deadline: Saturday, 31 May 2025
Since the advent of multi-omics technologies, encompassing single-cell and bulk-level transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, these approaches have broadly applied in and significantly advanced the fields of basic and clinical research. They have played a crucial role in shedding light on the occurrence and development mechanisms of diseases, both through the utilization of animal models and clinical samples. Furthermore, these methodologies have aided in the establishment of novel diagnostic criteria. In line with these remarkable achievements, Medicine Advances is pleased to announce our forthcoming special issue on 'Application of Omics in Diseases'.
We warmly welcome the submission of original articles that present novel findings or showcase the development and application of cutting-edge omics techniques in both research and clinical settings.
Topics for this call for papers include but are not restricted to:
- Comprehensive Application of Multi-Omics Technologies in Unraveling Disease Pathophysiology and Biomarker Discovery for Precision Medicine
- Translational Insights from Integrative Omics Data Analysis in Disease Research Using Single-Cell and Bulk-Level Approaches
- Novel Diagnostic Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets Identified through Advanced Omics Techniques in Various Disease Paradigms
