All articles published in Aging AND Cancer are Open Access and are freely available to read, download, and share. Articles are made available under the terms of a Creative Commons (CC) license. With Creative Commons licenses, the authors retain copyright and the public is allowed to reuse the content.  While the authors can publish their work under different licenses, all of the licenses types offered by the journal require the original authors to be attributed for their work. Unless a specific CC license is required under a funder mandate, authors are able to select from the CC BY, the CC BY-NC, or the CC BY-NC-ND license. Please review the terms of the appropriate license under which the article was published, to determine the appropriate course of action and permissions.
