During laparoscopic cholecystectomy, intraoperative findings of varices of paracholedochal plexuses, superficially placed portal vein and Moynihan's hump observed. The common bile duct placed on the inferior vena cava which was superficially placed at Calot's triangle. Srinagar Cholecystectomy is to be always advocated in Simple to dangerous cholecystectomy.
