A female in her thirties inserted an Asian traditional hair stick, kanzashi, into her urinary bladder for sexual gratification. The tip of kanzashi penetrated the bladder wall. kanzashi was usually used with kimono, which is a traditional Japanese garment. We need to know that everyday objects can become bladder foreign bodies and how to manage them properly.
