Front Cover: The photoinduced thiol-yne reaction has been used for the “in situ” crosslinking of biopolymers. Direct laser writing has been used to generate microstructures in these polymers able to induce specific changes in cell morphology and orientation demonstrating that the thiol-yne system is an attractive platform for the preparation of biomaterials.
