Long noncoding RNA MALAT1 knockdown reverses chemoresistance to temozolomide via promoting microRNA-101 in glioblastoma

Our study demonstrates that MALAT1 knockdown reverses TMZ resistance by up-regulating miR-101 regulatory network. And, our findings indicate that MALAT1 may be a prognostic molecular marker and potentional target for GBM TMZ-based chemotherapy.
