Unternehmensgründungen in der Chemie stellen für Chemiker eine perspektivreiche Alternative zu üblichen Laufbahnen in Angestelltenverhältnissen dar. Sowohl die wirtschaftlichen Globaltrends als auch die Spezifika der chemischen Industrie lassen erwarten, dass künftig in solchen Start-ups der Großteil neuer Chemie-Arbeitsplätze entstehen wird.

Abstract

The foundation of an own company constitutes a promising professional alternative for chemists. Both, the global economic trends and the specific features of the chemical industry fuel the process of generating the majority of new chemistry jobs in such start-up companies.
