Conductive Nerve Conduits With Orientated Topological Structures From Ice-Templating Technology
- First Published: 30 June 2025

Conductive nerve conduits featuring oriented topological structures are engineered through ice-templating technology, utilizing hydrogels and temperature gradients. Such conduits enhance peripheral nerve regeneration by integrating conductivity, aligned architecture, and growth factors, as demonstrated by improved motor recovery in rat models with sciatic nerve defects, indicating their clinical potential for treating nerve injuries.
Permeable Hydrogel Encapsulated Osteosarcoma-on-a-Chip for High-Throughput Multi-Drugs Screening
- First Published: 12 July 2025

This study presents an osteosarcoma (OS) chip for high-throughput screening of drug combinations, combining microfluidic electrospray technology with core–shell microcarriers (CSMs) to form uniform OS spheroids. The chip integrates gradient generator and culture chambers, enabling precise evaluation of single and combination drug efficacy. This platform offers a clinically relevant tool to optimize OS chemotherapy with enhanced efficiency and reliability.
