Feasibility of predicting live birth by combining conventional embryo evaluation with artificial intelligence applied to a blastocyst image in patients classified by age

The combination method involving artificial intelligence classifiers in images of blastocysts along with a conventional embryo evaluation in order to predict the probability of achieving a live birth in patients classified by age seemed to be the best, though there were mostly no significant differences in terms of the AUC and the sensitivity plus specificity in all age categories.

Efficacy of silicone sheet as a personalized barrier for preventing adhesion reformation after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis of intrauterine adhesions

Silicone sheet could be easily cut to fit the size and shape of the individual uterine cavity as a personalized barrier. The adhesion reformation rate was significantly lower in patients treated with silicone sheet than in patients treated with oxidized regenerated cellulose and comparable to lowest adhesion reformation rate in recent 10 years reports.

Effect of relaxin-3 on Kiss-1, gonadotropin-releasing hormone, and gonadotropin subunit gene expression

Relaxin-3 may exert its effect by modulating the expression of Kiss-1, GnRH, and gonadotropin subunits, all of which are part of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
