Zhibin ZHANG, Hainan University, China Zhibin Zhang is a Professor from the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He obtained the B.S. degree of Zoology in the Lanzhou University in 1984, and the Ph.D degree of Animal Ecology, CAS in 1989. He was elected as the foreign member of Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters in 2014, and foreign member of Academy of Europe (Academia Europaea) in 2017. He is now the President of International Society of Zoological Sciences (ISZS), and Editor-in-Chief of Integrative Zoology. His research interests focus on studying impacts of global change on population and community dynamics of animals and their interactions with plants and microbes by integrating the ecological studies from local to global scale, and from monotonic to non-monotonic regimes. |

John St James Stewart BUCKERIDGE, RMIT University, Australia Professor John Buckeridge, PhD, FGS, is internationally recognized for his research into the taxonomy, biogeography and evolution of marine invertebrates, particularly barnacles, and in the promotion of environmental stewardship through environmental ethics. His research outputs in these fields exceed 300. He is Past President of the International Union of Biological Sciences, President Emeritus of the International Society of Zoological Sciences, a past member of the Executive Board of the International Council for Science (Paris) and an overseas member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. |

Marcel HOLYOAK, University of California, Davis, USA Professor Marcel Holyoak's research focuses on questions about the effects of global change on animal populations and communities, and the maintenance of biodiversity in natural ecosystems. He has broad interests in zoology, and uses integrative methods to answer conservation questions, primarily for plant-insect systems and terrestrial vertebrates. He has a broad training in biology, biostatistics, theoretical ecology, and natural history. He completed both a BSc in biology in 1989 and a PhD in ecology in 1992 at Imperial College, University of London. Since 2000 he has been on the faculty in the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at the University of California at Davis. He has held various editorial positions. From 2007 to 2015, he was editor-in-chief of a top-ranked ecology journal, including as editors for Ecology, The American Naturalist, and as editor-in-chief for Ecology Letters. He has been a senior editor for Integrative Zoology since 2017. |
