Reza Sadjadi is an assistant professor of neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Harvard Medical School. He is the director of the Charcot-Marie-Tooth clinic at MGH and collaborates with the Inherited Neuropathy Consortium. His primary research interests are in disease outcome measures, biomarkers and clinical trial readiness studies. He has been involved in developing and validating multiple clinician and patient reported outcome measures using modern psychometrics and item response theory models. He is exploring novel imaging techniques in relation to functional variables and disease activity in patients with hereditary neuropathies. He is running series of clinical trial readiness studies to better understanding of neuromuscular disease burden in patients with nephropathic cystinosis. |
