Versilbertes Origami: Durch den Einsatz von DNA-Strängen mit bestimmten Sequenzen können kovalent angebundene Zuckereinheiten gezielt in DNA-Origami-Strukturen eingebaut werden. Dieser Ansatz ermöglicht eine anschließende Synthese und In-situ-Immobilisierung von fluoreszierenden Ag-Nanoclustern an vorgegebenen Positionen des DNA-Gerüsts durch Behandlung mit dem Tollens-Reagens (siehe Bild).
