Graphical Abstract
Feuchteabhängige elektrische Leitfähigkeit, mit Anwendungspotenzial in der Sensortechnik, liegt bei OCF-6GaSe vor, einem aus T3 (Ga10Se2010−) zusammengesetzten supratetraedrischen Galliumselenid mit offener Gerüststruktur (siehe Bild, links). Weiterhin wurden Materialien auf der Basis von T4 (Zn4Ga16Se3514−, rechts) erhalten, dem größten bislang bekannten supratetraedrischen Selenid-Cluster.

- 15OCF-1GaZnSe-TMDP, (C13H26N2H2)5(Zn4Ga16Se33): Ga (107.5 mg), Se (210.3 mg), Zn(NO3)2⋅6 H2O (157.1 mg), and TMDP (4,4′-trimethylenedipiperidine; 1.122 g) were mixed with H2O (4.0212 g) in a 23-mL teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave and stirred for 30 min. The vessel was sealed and heated to 200 °C for 8 days. After cooling to room temperature, pale-yellow crystals were obtained in a yield of about 66 %. OCF-6GaSe-TMDP, (C13H26N2H2)3(Ga10Se18): an autoclave containing Ga2O3 (101.1 mg), Se (213.4 mg), TMDP (1.1067 g), and H2O (2.9683 g) was heated to 200 °C for 28 days, and pale-yellow octahedral crystals were obtained in a yield of about 77 %. UCR-13GaSe-DPM, (C11H22N2H2)3(Ga10Se18): an autoclave containing Ga2O3 (101.1 mg), Se (211.3 mg), DPM (dipiperidinomethane; 1.0230 g), and H2O (4.0288 g) was heated to 200 °C for 19 days, and pale-yellow crystals were obtained in a yield of about 84 %. (C4H11N2)GaSe2: an autoclave containing Ga (110.0 mg), Se (218.0 mg), piperazine (0.9508 g), and H2O (3.1506 g) was heated to 200 °C for 8 days, and pale-yellow crystals were obtained in a yield of about 92 %.
