Graphical Abstract

Gold-Nanopartikel mit enger Größenverteilung wurden durch oberflächeninitiierte lebende Radikalpolymerisation mit wohldefinierten Polymerbürsten beschichtet. Die Goldteilchen bilden hochgeordnete zweidimensionale Strukturen (siehe Bild), und die Abstände zwischen den einzelnen Teilchen können gut kontrolliert werden.
