We acknowledge Ellen de Brabander and Manon Mak for their help in the poly(propyleneimine) dendrimer synthesis and Marcel van Genderen and Rint Sijbesma for stimulating discussions. Support from the Council for Chemical Sciences of the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (CW-NWO), the Swedish National Research Council (NFR), the Knut & Alice Wallenberg foundation, and DSM Research is highly appreciated.
