The market for rice bran oil is expected to grow significantly due to its popularity in foods, food supplements, cosmetics, and health care. The advantages of rice bran oil are certainly its unique properties and nutritional benefits. The presence of a unique antioxidant called oryzanol contributes maximum antioxidant activity to rice bran oil. This article explains the composition, milling, refining, specifications, processing, and utilization of rice oil production.
