- First Published: 09 February 2025

High-resolution X-ray and neutron crystallography reveal redox-dependent rearrangements in the hydrogen-bond network of ferredoxin–NADP+ reductase (FNR), highlighting structural changes around the FAD cofactor and shifts in water molecules that underpin its electron-transfer mechanism. These findings provide valuable insights into the functional modulation of FNR.
A two-in-one expression construct for biophysical and structural studies of the human pregnane X receptor ligand-binding domain, a pharmaceutical and environmental target

The first report of structural analysis of a nucleic acid using crystals grown in space
- Pages: 95-100
- First Published: 16 February 2025

The first structural analysis of a nucleic acid using crystals obtained under microgravity crystallization in space is reported. A DNA/RNA heteroduplex was successfully crystallized in a microgravity environment, improving the size and appearance of the crystals compared with crystals obtained on Earth.
