Ectopia cordis is an extremely rare lethal anomaly characterized with heart located partially or completely outside the thoracic cavity. 0t can be isolated anomaly or as a component of complex syndromes including supraumbilical abdominal wall defect, deficiency of the anterior diaphragm and congenital intracardiac defects as shown in the figure.
