The Hong Kong Journal of Emergency Medicine (HKJEM) is a peer-reviewed open access international journal publishing original research on all aspects of clinical practice, research, education, and administrative perspectives in emergency and critical care at the hospital and pre-hospital setting. HKJEM aims to improve the quality of patient care in the Asia Pacific region by disseminating acute and emergency medicine knowledge. The journal encourages submissions from around the world, and is keen to publish research relevant to a global readership.
