Overview
Aims and Scope
Development Policy Review is a peer-reviewed journal focusing specifically on the links between research and policy in all aspects of international development and across the spectrum of social science disciplines, intellectual persuasions, institutional backgrounds and geographical regions.
Grounded in rigorous and evidence-based research and analysis, and of clear relevance to policy issues in international development, articles are broadly accessible to students, academics, policy- makers and practitioners working in all fields of development studies and related policy.
An increasing number of articles published in Development Policy Review are Open Access.
Established in 1960, and currently producing six issues a year, Development Policy Review publishes
- original research that addresses a significant policy-relevant issue
- contributions to contemporary policy debates
