The map is calculated using coordinates of linB from S. paucimobilis (PDB code 1cv2 ; Marek et al., 2000  ) and measured amplitudes from crystals of Rhodococcus dhlA (PDB code 1bn7 ; Newman et al., 1999). Coordinates of linB are in gray (including the labeled residues Ala135 and Tyr130)
and those of dhlA are in black (including the labeled residues Phe142 and Cys139).
