LTWRAP – Leading the Way in Radiography Advanced Practice - Conference abstracts
LTWRAP – ‘Leading the Way in Radiography Advanced Practice’ - began in 2016 as a two-day conference held at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. Initially conceived by colleagues chatting on social media, the first event brought together medical radiation science professionals (collectively ‘radiographers’) from all over the world to share their experiences and interest in advanced practice. Following the success of the first conference, the ripples of LTWRAP continued to spread, leading to the second gathering at the Michener Institute in Toronto, Canada in 2018. Today, LTWRAP is a global group of people working towards the advancement of the medical radiation sciences professions. Our ethos is to share and develop best practice; promote our profession; inspire the next generation; and provide peer support and encouragement.
We are excited to share the abstracts for the LTWRAP 2021 conference through JMRS. This, the 3rd LTWRAP conference is a four-day virtual only event, running from 18-21 November 2021 in Europe / Americas, and from 19-22 November in Australasia pacific regions. We would like to acknowledge the ongoing support of the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, the Society and College of Radiographers, the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists, and the New Zealand Institute of Medical Radiation Technology.
We hope you enjoy the abstracts from LTWRAP 2021
Registrations are open for the event until 22 November 2021 (Australia time).
