Abstract

The motion of plane curves under hyperbolic inverse mean curvature with a constant force field c $$ c $$ is considered. The preserving convexity of the evolving curve under this flow is proved. Furthermore, we give an example to understand how the forced term c $$ c $$ affects the evolution of plane curves. Particularly, the asymptotic behavior of the flow is discussed.
