Summary

This chapter presents a series of case studies comprising multiple choice questions and answers that focus on hematopoietic cell transplantation in T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It commences with a discourse on the standard initial therapeutic approach for advanced-stage (Ann Arbor Stage III–IV) peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL)-NOS. The chapter also explains what novel agents could be considered for a patient with refractory anaplastic large-cell lymphoma kinase (ALK)- anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (ALCL). It ends with a discussion on the recommended treatment approach for newly diagnosed extranodal natural killer (NK)- and T-cell lymphoma (ENKL).
