Abstract

Alcohol septal ablation is an alternative way of treatment in hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy patients who are refractory to medical treatment. This case report describes a new way of septal ablation with glue (cyanoacrylate) in a HOCM patient who has extensive collateral to posterior descending coronary artery which precludes alcohol ablation. © 2007 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
