Cyclo­hexyl­ammonium 2′-hydroxy-2-biphenyl phosphonate

In the molecular structure of the title compound, C₆H₁₄N⁺·C₁₂H₁₀O₄P⁻, three O atoms are bonded to phospho­rus. The oxy­gen connected to the bi­phenoxy residue is not involved in hydrogen bonding; of the other two, one oxy­gen is involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding to an N—H group as well as the O—H group of the bi­phenoxy residue, while the second oxy­gen is involved in hydrogen bonding to two N—H groups.
