Abstract

In this mini review, we strive to highlight the opportunities that exist for the use of aniline oligomeric species in functional materials by reviewing the current state-of-the-art of the various synthetic strategies, as well as the growing number of publications where more complex block-like architectures have been shown. Areas for further investigation and possible future development are highlighted as well.
