Abstract

Pro-Banthine, Antrenyl, Pamine, and Darstine are compared with Banthine and Prantal as to their effectiveness in reducing sweat in hidrose subjects and in normal subjects in whom hyperhidrosis was induced. Results of quantitative determinations on various parts of the body before and after drug or placebo administration are discussed. The effects of prolonged administration and side effects of the drugs are reported.
