Abstract

We report on two cases of IVUS-guided wiring technique performed on chronic total occlusion using stiffer wires and low-profile intracoronary ultrasound catheter. This technique helped improve a success rate of chronic total occlusion case. Catheter Cardiovasc Interv 2004;61:381–386. © 2004 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
