Summary

Chinese culture attaches importance to commonality, encouraging people to go with the flow rather than stand out from the crowd. Following the pace of the times, young people across the Strait are now told to be creative. The prerequisite for creativity is curiosity, a state of mind that inspires discovery and exploration. In the face of new technological challenges, there is a need to assess risk, ascertain the reason for the emergence of undesirable incidents, formulate policies for relief, reduce opportunities for their emergence and minimize their impact. Social media technology has developed rapidly in recent years and is particularly welcomed among young people.
