Chapter 6

Time-Segmented Volume

First published: 02 January 2012

Summary

This chapter explains another indicator that's proprietary to the Worden Brothers TC 2000 program. That indicator is TSV, which represents time-segmented volume. TSV is a leading indicator because its movement is based on both the stock's price movement and volume. Ideal entry and exit points are commonly found as the stock moves across the 50% level. This indicator is based on price and volume. TSV falls under tab 11, which is where the strongest technical indicators begin to appear. These indicators are the ones that will confirm whether the trader will be trading a stock or not.
