Diversity and inclusion are important for any learners in a learning session. This chapter provides an overview of cultural limitations in clay strategy that creates pathways toward effective communication and helps to eliminate potential barriers among people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. The strategy promotes teamwork and an understanding of and appreciation for cross-cultural diversity. An activity to celebrate differences is used to demonstrate that even those who are different from us have more in common with us. It can be adapted to online with a chatroom. A connecting through hello activity focuses on relationships. Building on a “hello” activity by asking the connecting question of “how are you as a person on earth today” helps participants understand how to support each other or celebrate enhancing the sense of community. The chapter discusses the activities with case examples.
