Successful teams are an asset few organizations can afford to be without. Workplaces have been focused on teamwork for half of a century, yet we are still learning how to be good team players, how to build teams, how to support teams, how to lead teams, and how to reward teams. No matter what our job, we are most likely engaged in working with teams in one way or another. This chapter provides a nice mix of skill development, knowledge of teamwork, and building a team when things are not working as well as they could.
