Summary

A variety of naevoid lesions of dermal tissues are recognized. Benign and typically congenital, they are traditionally characterized by the cell type or material of which they are composed. Typically isolated, some are related to underlying genetic disorders. This chapter will review those naevi most commonly recognized in the paediatric population.
