Summary

This chapter presents a series of case studies on medical management of head and neck cancers. It commences with the case study of a 66-year-old male with significant tobacco and alcohol history presented with a 4 cm left neck node, and ends with the case study of a 55-year-old female presented with a 3 cm left parotid mass, and left facial nerve weakness. The case studies present a series of questions such as what should the next diagnostic step be, which treatment do you recommend for the case and what is the optimal management.
