Vitamin „D“: Das perdeuterierte Metall-organische Gerüst (MOF) [(CD3)2ND2][Co(DCOO)3] (siehe Struktur) geht zwei Phasenübergänge ein, davon einen oberhalb Raumtemperatur – ein für Metallformiate einmaliges Verhalten. Magnetische und dielektrische Hystereseschleifen machen es zu einem Beispiel für ein multiferroisches MOF ohne Kopplung der magnetischen und elektrischen Ordnung.
