Abstract

Bemerkenswert hohe Inhibierungskonstanten weisen Sialyl-Lewisx-(SLex)-Mimetica auf, die aus einer Aminosäure, einem Galactosamin und einer Carboxylat-tragenden Seitenkette bestehen. So beträgt der IC50-Wert von 1 0.2 mM, ist also nur etwa halb so groß wie der von SLex.
