Abstract

Eine vielversprechende Elektronendonorkomponente für die Synthese von organischen Metallen ist das planare, zentrosymmetrische 1, das durch reduktive Dimerisierung von Dibromthienothiophen in bis zu 14% Ausbeute erhalten wurde. Es läßt sich elektrochemisch reversibel oxidieren, aber auch zu einem leitfähigen Polymer (κ=0.06 S cm−1) umsetzen und bildet mit Iod einen leitfähigen 1:1-Komplex (0.11 S cm−1).
