Abstract

An explicit and general formula for the Shibuya–Wulfman matrix, which may easily be programmed, is derived. The derivation closely follows the Fourier transform methods of Weniger. A graph of a number of typical matrix elements is given to show the dependence of the Shibuya–Wulfman matrix on the translation distance multiplied by the screening parameter. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
