Ausgezeichnete mehrdimensionale NMR-Spektren lassen sich aus rasch aufgezeichneten nichtuniform gesammelten (NUS) Daten erhalten. Der üblicherweise mit dem NUS-Verfahren verbundene Verlust an Spektrenqualität wird durch komprimiertes Lesen (CS) kompensiert (linkes Spektrum: Nyquist-Shannon-Aufnahme, 22 h Akquisitionszeit, Fourier-Transformation; rechts: nichtlineare CS-Aufnahme, 8.5 h Akquisitionszeit, Ip-Norm-Minimierung).
