(a) Abdominal computed tomography with contrast enhancement at birth. A hypervascular mass can be seen in the liver (arrowhead). The tumor measured 9.1 x 8.3 x 7.3 cm. (b) Abdominal magnetic resonance imaging with contrast enhancement performed at 1½ years of age. The tumor shrank to 5.5 x 5.1 x 5.7 cm.
