Video S1 Digital single-operator cholangioscopy (DSOC) was used to examine the bile duct. Neoplastic tissues were biopsied and then destroyed by endoluminal radiofrequency under direct division. A small number of papillary lesions in the hilar bile ducts were found by DSOC. Neoplastic tissues were obtained by the biopsy forceps. The IPNB was confirmed by pathological examination. DSOC-guided endoluminal radiofrequency was used to destroy the neoplasms under direct vision. No adverse events occurred. After radiofrequency ablation, these neoplasms became necrotic. The damaged tissues were obtained by the biopsy forceps and confirmed as coagulative necrosis and charring by pathological examination. The lesion areas were reexamined using DSOC. To date, the patient has kept good health after 4 months of follow-up.
