Video S1. Case 1: spraying l‐menthol in a patient not infected with Helicobacter pylori. After spraying l‐menthol, mucosal color tone was not remarkably changed with white light imaging (WLI) and linked color imaging. Case 2: spraying l‐menthol in a patient positive for H. pylori. Gastric intestinal metaplasia was not recognized with WLI.
