Within Figure 2, image (d) was a duplication of image (c). This error was introduced by the publisher during production. Figure 2, as the authors intended, is shown below.

FE-SEM images of (a) 7, (b) 10, (c) 20, and (d) 50 nm 3C-SiC nanoparticles sprayed on the saw damage removed flat Si solar cell samples. The distribution of the SiC nanoparticles is nonuniform.
