In the article titled “piRNA-31115 Promotes Cell Proliferation and Invasion via PI3K/AKT Pathway in Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma”, Figure 4 contains errors that were introduced in the production process. Specifically, p-AKK should read p-AKT and 7860 should read 786O. Additionally, the western blots for p-P13K were mistakenly duplicated, rendering the western blots for p-P13K 786O incorrect. The correct Figure 4 is as follows:

piR-31115 may activate the epithelial–mesenchymal transition process and the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. The protein expression of E-cadherin, snail, vimentin, pAKT, AKT, p-PI3K, and PI3K was detected by western blotting after knockdown of piR-31115 in CaKi-1 and 786O cells.
