Dear Editor,

In our paper “Comparisons of Familial DNA Database Searching Strategies,” we noticed that in Table 6, the false negative rates of “True Parent-Child” for “IBS ≥ 15; KI ≥ 10,000” and “IBS ≥ 16; KI ≥ 1000” should be “55.4%” and “47.6%,” respectively. These were transcriptional errors.
