Corrigendum to: “Differences in biochemical properties of the Plasmodial falcipain-2 and berghepain-2 orthologues: Implications for in vivo screens of inhibitors” [FEMS Microbiol. Lett. 249 (2005) 315–321]

The authors of the above mentioned article would like to make the following changes (in italic):

In Fig. 3(a) legend, the original sentence ‘Substrate kinetics (Hanes–Wolff plot) of wild type BP2, Km= 50 M, Vmax= 240 RFU/min;’ should be amended to:
‘Substrate kinetics (Hanes–Wolff plot) of wild type BP2, Km=50μM, Vmax= 240 RFU/min;’

In Fig. 3(a), the corresponding text in Section 3.2 Biochemical properties of BP2 should be amended to:
‘Kinetic analyses of BP2 using its preferred substrate demonstrated Km and Vmax values of 50μM and 240 RFU/min respectively (Fig. 3(a)).’
